Health
Several insurers offer student insurance. Until now, you were probably enrolled with your parents' insurer. Then it is easy to take out your own insurance there. But it pays to compare insurances, for example at https://www.independer.nl/zorgverzekering/info/studenten or on zorgkiezer.nl.
On Zorgkaart Nederland you can find the addresses of all general practitioners in your neighborhood. You can read about this on the website of the general practitioner of your choice.
On Zorgkaart Nederland you can find the addresses of all dentists in your area. Not all dentists in Rotterdam accept new patients. So check the website of the dentist you choose first.
