Several insurers offer student insurance. Until now, you were probably enrolled with your parents' insurer. Then it is easy to take out your own insurance there. But it pays to compare insurances, for example at https://www.independer.nl/zorgverzekering/info/studenten or on zorgkiezer.nl.

On Zorgkaart Nederland you can find the addresses of all general practitioners in your neighborhood. Many family doctors in Rotterdam only accept new patients from their own neighborhood, and sometimes you have to wait on the waiting list because there is a temporary patient stop. Travel
