The Route

Stacii's route begins at De Terp metro station.

The route ends at Stacii's Gallery on North Square

The length of the route is 17.44 kilometers, much of which you do by subway.

Metro station De Terp, starting point of Stacii's route, but also starting point of his life. This is where his roots are, this is where his family lives, this is where he played and made mischief - Rotterdam East.

1. Travel by subway to Eendrachtsplein.
2. Walk down Eendrachtsweg to Witte de Withstraat. At number 47 is Warung Mini, where Stacii's aunt is in the kitchen.
   
3. Walk back a short distance and turn right into Orchard Street.
4. Turn left on the Westblaak
5. Cross over, past the statue Guard, straight through the Skatepark and turn left on the other side.
6. And walk to the Eendrachtsplein.
7. Turn right here and walk along Mauritsweg to Kruisplein.
8. Walk on to the Weena
9. And turn left
10. At number 699 sits the Kunstfabriek, open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. for art, stories and good food and drink; a wonderful Rotterdam incubator.
    
11. Walk back toward the station and turn left through the tunnel.
12. Walk along the Spoorsingel to the Walenburgerweg.
13. Turn right there.
14. Cross Schieweg and walk along Bergweg to the railroad viaduct.
15. Turn left there into Voorburgstraat.
16. At Veurstraat, turn left under the overpass and turn right into Insulindestraat.
17. At number 60 sits Culth North. Cult North is an initiative that focuses on art education and passion development, among young self-taught creators from Rotterdam. They strive for an accessible art and culture sector and with them culture is not a means but an ecosystem where various domains such as welfare, care and education are also offered.
    
18. Walk back to Bergselaan and turn left.
19. Walk along the Bergsingel to the Noordplein.
    
20. At number 257 on North Square sits Stacii Samidin's gallery.
